Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols as required by Oakmont Management Group

- Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute flawless dishes

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Engage positively with residents and guests, building personal connections
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in menu preparation
