Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year cooking experience
  • Restaurant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant food safety and sanitation laws, principles and practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
  • Completion of pre-employment drug screening
  • Completion of criminal background check
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business rules and technical procedures
  • Clear communication skills with management and team members

Job Duties

  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks quickly
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards including daily temperature logs
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers and griddles
  • Prepare and serve beverages
  • Read food order slips or screens and receive verbal instructions to cook to specifications
  • Verify prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements
  • Clean, stock and restock workstations and display cases
  • Order and take delivery of products as needed
