Job Requirements
- high school education
- previous cooking experience preferred
- availability to work weekdays and weekends from 10:45 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday
- ability to read and follow recipes and kitchen tickets
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- high school education
- serve safe certification a plus
- working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures
- understanding of proper food storage
- knowledge of temperature holding and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow standardized recipes
Job Duties
- complete production for a la carte and banquets using standardized recipes
- properly set up and stock station-based par sheets
- produce high-quality dishes in a high-volume a la minute line production environment
- read tickets clearly and deliver consistent products
- maintain proper food storage, temperature holding, and sanitation
- perform special production tasks as assigned by a supervisor
- collaborate with team members to uphold kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
