Job Requirements

  • high school education
  • previous cooking experience preferred
  • availability to work weekdays and weekends from 10:45 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday
  • ability to read and follow recipes and kitchen tickets
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school education
  • serve safe certification a plus
  • working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures
  • understanding of proper food storage
  • knowledge of temperature holding and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow standardized recipes

Job Duties

  • complete production for a la carte and banquets using standardized recipes
  • properly set up and stock station-based par sheets
  • produce high-quality dishes in a high-volume a la minute line production environment
  • read tickets clearly and deliver consistent products
  • maintain proper food storage, temperature holding, and sanitation
  • perform special production tasks as assigned by a supervisor
  • collaborate with team members to uphold kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
