Job Requirements
- high school education
- relevant cooking experience
- serve safe certification preferred
- availability to work Monday through Saturday and Sunday
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- capacity to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to follow recipes and safety protocols
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- understand and complete production for a la carte and banquets using standardized recipes
- perform proper setup and stocking of station-based par sheets
- demonstrate high skill and technique in a la minute line production environment
- read tickets clearly and produce consistent products in high-volume situations
- perform special production tasks as assigned by a supervisor
- maintain proper food storage, temperature holding, and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
