Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of food preparation experience
ISDOH approved certification of food handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required
ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED preferred
1-3 years of food preparation experience
ISDOH food handler certification preferred
ServSafe certification preferred
ability to follow production instructions
strong attention to detail and hygiene

Job Duties

prepares regular and therapeutic diet items
prepares hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering
assembles food according to production sheets
follows directions of chef, lead, manager, or supervisor
adheres to food safety and hygiene standards
maintains cleanliness of food preparation areas
assists with inventory and stock management
