Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of direct experience in a similar culinary role
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work flexible schedules including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift or move items weighing up to 25lbs
- Willingness to work in a warm kitchen environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new and on-brand initiatives
- Collaborate with manager to create menus for special events as needed
- Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers
- Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and exceed customer expectations
