Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of direct experience in a similar culinary role
  • Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • Capacity to lift or move items weighing up to 25lbs
  • Willingness to work in a warm kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years direct experience
  • Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new and on-brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with manager to create menus for special events as needed
  • Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers
  • Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and exceed customer expectations
