Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Ability to lift certain supplies and linens within safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred

- Consistent punctuality and compliance with scheduled shift times

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand relevant technology for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests warmly while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare meals according to brand standards and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen per health regulations
- Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
- Know the location and operation of all safety equipment
- Assist with storage and rotation of food items according to procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
