Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year cooking experience in a full-service restaurant
- Valid driver’s license due to golf cart use
- Unexpired Arizona food certifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move between 25 and 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Regular attendance
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers
- Adherence to all safety standards
- Follow good personal hygiene
- Use POS and HR/payroll systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Minimum one year of cooking experience in a full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and effective listening skills
- Highly organized to manage multiple orders
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in workflow

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, and marinating
- Cook menu items by grilling, sautéing, baking, or frying to order
- Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process
- Understand menu ingredients, cooking techniques, and allergen information to answer guest questions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for timely orders
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace throughout shifts
- Take out trash when needed
- Work at banquet events as scheduled
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, taste tests, and training
- Wash dishes and pots, operate dishwashing equipment
- Follow safety standards and use appropriate safety equipment
- Follow personal hygiene guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
