- physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk on hard floors for up to 8 hours

Job Duties
- set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
- ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used
- check all equipment and report malfunctions to the Manager in Charge
- color balance fryers and maintain proper shortening levels
- filter and clean fryers at designated times using safety equipment
- pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
- prepare and cook all food products according to specifications and directions
- ensure all food meets specifications, procedures and quality standards including holding times
- maintain a clean work area practicing clean-as-you-go practices
- verify product and supplies are stocked at the batter area
- maintain organization and cleanliness of the cooler
- perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
