Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Capacity to stand and walk for up to eight hours continuously

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
- Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used
- Check equipment and report malfunctions to Manager in Charge
- Color balance fryers and maintain proper shortening levels
- Filter and clean fryers at designated times following safety guidelines
- Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepare and cook food as directed by Manager in Charge while ensuring quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area using clean-as-you-go practices
- Verify all necessary products and supplies are stocked
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cooler
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
