Job Duties

  • Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
  • Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used
  • Check equipment and report malfunctions to Manager in Charge
  • Color balance fryers and maintain proper shortening levels
  • Filter and clean fryers at designated times following safety guidelines
  • Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
  • Prepare and cook food as directed by Manager in Charge while ensuring quality standards
  • Maintain a clean work area using clean-as-you-go practices
  • Verify all necessary products and supplies are stocked
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of cooler
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
