Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk on hard floors for up to eight hours continuously
- Ability to frequently lift and stack food and supply items
- Ability to occasionally carry stock items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to push or pull kitchen equipment and supplies
- Ability to climb foot stools or ladders to access stocked items
- Ability to stoop, squat and reach overhead constantly
- Ability to handle a variety of food products and materials
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
- Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used
- Check all equipment and report malfunctions to the Manager in Charge
- Color balance fryers and add shortening to maintain proper levels
- Filter and clean fryers at designated times using safety equipment
- Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepare and cook all food product according to specifications and direction
- Ensure all food product meets specifications, procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area by practicing clean-as-you-go
- Verify product and supplies are stocked at the batter area
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cooler
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
