- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Sets up the batter table and prepares batter mix
- Ensures call sheets are complete and used
- Checks equipment and reports malfunctions
- Balances fryers and maintains shortening levels
- Filters and cleans fryers safely
- Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepares and cooks all food products per standards
- Maintains clean work area using clean-as-you-go practices
- Stocks product and supplies at batter area
- Organizes and cleans cooler
- Performs other tasks assigned by Manager in Charge
