Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
- capability to frequently push or pull equipment
- must be able to climb stools or ladders
- must be able to stoop, squat, reach overhead, forward and underneath
- ability to handle various food products and supplies
- capacity to communicate effectively with team members and management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow detailed operating procedures
- strong attention to detail and quality standards

Job Duties
- Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
- ensure call sheets are complete, posted, and used
- check all equipment and report malfunctions
- color balance fryers and maintain shortening levels
- filter and clean fryers following safety guidelines
- pan chicken as needed for operations
- prepare and cook food products per business needs and manager instruction
- maintain cleanliness of work area with clean-as-you-go practices
- verify stock and supplies at batter area
- organize and clean cooler
- perform all other tasks assigned by Manager in Charge
