- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours continuously
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and supplies safely

Job Duties
- Sets up the batter table and prepares batter mix
- Ensures that call sheets are complete, posted, and used
- Checks all equipment and reports malfunctions
- Color balances fryers and maintains shortening levels
- Filters and cleans fryers according to safety guidelines
- Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepares and cooks food products as directed
- Maintains food quality and adheres to all specifications and holding times
- Maintains a clean work area and practices sanitation and safety
- Verifies product and supply stock in the batter area
- Organizes and cleans the cooler
- Performs tasks assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
