ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
ensure that call sheets are complete and posted
check all equipment and report malfunctions
color balance fryers and maintain shortening levels
filter and clean fryers following safety guidelines
pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
prepare and cook all food products as directed
ensure all food meets quality and holding time standards
