Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • set up the batter table and prepare batter mix
  • ensure that call sheets are complete and posted
  • check all equipment and report malfunctions
  • color balance fryers and maintain shortening levels
  • filter and clean fryers following safety guidelines
  • pan sufficient chicken for operational needs
  • prepare and cook all food products as directed
  • ensure all food meets quality and holding time standards
