Job Duties
- Sets up the batter table and prepares batter mix
- Ensures call sheets are complete and used
- Reports equipment malfunctions to Manager in Charge
- Color balances fryers and maintains shortening levels
- Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines
- Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs
- Prepares and cooks food products as directed
- Ensures food meets quality standards and holding times
- Maintains clean work area using clean-as-you-go practices
- Stocks product and supplies at the batter area
- Organizes and cleans the cooler
- Performs other tasks assigned by Manager in Charge
