Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy pots, pans, and trays
- Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Be able to lift 50 pounds safely
- Be able to stand for long periods of the time
- Must be able to move freely in confined spaces
- Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no visible tattoos or piercings or unnatural hair and nail colors
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary certifications are a plus
Job Duties
- Prepares dishes in an efficient manner in accordance to recipes and standards
- Prepare food items while adhering to health department regulations
- Know food and safety sanitation standards
- Follow Atlantis Policies and Procedures
- Produce a consistent and quality product
- Other assignments as assigned my management
