Job Duties
- Prepare residents meals according to planned menus that meet dietary requirements
- ensure cleanliness, safety, organization, and maintenance of the kitchen
- comply with local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA standards
- assist dietary aide staff
- help order food and supplies
- provide proper and safe storage for food
- ensure maintenance of all kitchen equipment
