Job Requirements
- 1-3 years restaurant experience
- Knowledge in restaurant operations
- Cooking ability
- Ability to manage a busy work calendar including late nights and weekends
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
- Honesty and integrity
- Valid drivers license
- Food Handlers License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to bend, squat, turn and stand for up to 8 hours
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years restaurant experience with established knowledge in restaurant operations and cooking ability
- Experience with fryers, pizza ovens, and grills preferred
- Pizza experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
- Honesty, integrity, flexibility and a professional demeanor
- Desire to learn and grow with the position and the company
- Valid drivers license
- Food Handlers License
Job Duties
- Daily preparation, execution and service of all food
- Daily preparation and clean up of kitchen including all waste management
- Ensure fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations, always aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintain positive relations with all purveyors and follow proper ordering and receiving procedures
- Organize and clean walk-ins, reach-ins, and dry storage areas
- Receive and inspect all deliveries for quality and quantity
- Maintain quality and presentation of product
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and food safety procedures at all times
- Lift up to 50lbs regularly and work on feet for up to 8 hours a day
