Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Washington State Food Handler’s Permit
- Must be dependable
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- Must possess knowledge of safe sanitation practices, safety practices, and special diets
- Must be able to work in Bellevue, WA
- At least one year of experience working in a food service setting
- Ability to follow recipes, read instructions, and communicate in English
- Have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude working with a team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of fresh meals based on daily menus and dietary needs of residents
- Interact with residents to gather views, suggestions, and concerns about meals
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Properly store, label, and rotate food to maintain quality and safety standards
- Maintain and record proper temperature controls, food storage, and food rotation
- Adhere to safety and sanitary practices
- Support teammates to keep the kitchen running effectively and positively
- Take pride in every plate to ensure mealtime is a highlight for residents
