Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and health screenings including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years line cook experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible weekend shifts
  • Passionate about hospitality and culinary excellence
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Execute menu items timely and with high quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Foster positive interactions with residents and guests
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service team members
  • Adapt to evolving food service trends and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
