Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year relevant experience in high volume restaurant, hospital, or institution
- Food Handlers Certificate required within 30 days
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and principles of sanitation
- Restaurant or institutional food services experience preferred

Job Duties
- Organizes work and area for maximum production accurately follows production sheets
- Deliver and stock supply items in designated areas in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintains kitchen and serving areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner to exceed department and Texas Department of Health standards
- Understands how to read and prepare simple recipes to department standards
- Understand department standards of food quality and recipe taste
- Ability to learn HACCP sanitation guidelines and follow for safe food handling
