  • 1 year of relevant cooking experience
  • ability to read, write, and perform simple math
  • understand oral instructions and communicate job related problems
  • operation of food production equipment
  • knowledge of HACCP procedures

  • cook in bulk quantities and cook to order
  • follow production sheets
