Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 plus years of experience in healthcare preferred
  • 1 plus years of experience in quantity cooking preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and menus
  • Capability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Compliance with food safety standards and HACCP policies
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of food items in appropriate quantities
  • Follow menus, recipes, and production sheets
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • Communicate with production staff regarding menus, recipes, and portion sizes
  • Adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Utilize proper equipment to produce standard recipes
  • Participate in training and professional development
