- Food Service Managers Certification with photo preferred
Job Duties
- assist in preparing and cooking foods following quantity and batch cooking methods
- comply with University Health and Department policies and procedures
- ensure proper care and use of foods, supplies, and equipment
- adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- maintain good guest and working relations
- meet established daily deadlines with accuracy and quality performance
- perform duties efficiently and competently
