Job Requirements
- Food handler's permit
- minimum two years experience in food and nutrition services preferred
- minimum three years experience in quantity food production including one year as a cook preferred
- knowledge of clinical nutrition principles preferred
- ability to perform arithmetic calculations for recipe conversions
- effective communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Prepare all grilled items in the cafeteria
- monitor cafeteria food for accuracy
- perform taste testing of foods
- log temperatures to ensure food safety
- support food production and service teams
- communicate effectively with management and staff
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
