Job Requirements

  • Food handler's permit
  • minimum two years experience in food and nutrition services preferred
  • minimum three years experience in quantity food production including one year as a cook preferred
  • knowledge of clinical nutrition principles preferred
  • ability to perform arithmetic calculations for recipe conversions
  • effective communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • support food production and service teams
  • communicate effectively with management and staff
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
