Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a relevant role such as cook, dishwasher, or server
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends
- physical capability to stand for long periods
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds or more
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- capacity to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment

- able to work mornings, nights, and weekends
- capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds or more
- physically fit to stand, move, bend, and kneel throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Set up, clean, and organize workstations
- prepare ingredients for each shift, such as washing vegetables and seasoning meats
- prepare ovens, utensils, and grills for each shift
- take orders from wait staff or a computerized system
- cook orders according to food health and safety standards
- offer ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
- manage multiple food orders efficiently
- ensure presentation of dishes meets Meddys standards
- verify accuracy of guest orders
- deliver food orders to expo staff promptly
- store all food items properly
- sanitize workstations and utensils effectively
- reorder stock and food supplies as needed
- support and monitor fellow cooks and team members
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
