- Prep stations and ingredients efficiently to support smooth service during Café and Room Service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate and solve problems
- Stay certified and practice safe work habits to prevent injuries and ensure kitchen efficiency
- Slice meats and prep cold foods including shellfish
- Brew coffee and tea as required for service
