Job Requirements
- Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
- Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds kitchen equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
- Ability to work safely in a hot fast paced kitchen environment
- Ability to handle knives equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
- Ability to maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
- Experienced and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
- Maintain consistency quality and presentation of all dishes
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory prep work and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations equipment and kitchen areas
- Support a positive and respectful team environment
