Job Requirements

  • Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
  • Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds kitchen equipment and supplies
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
  • Ability to work safely in a hot fast paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to handle knives equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
  • Ability to maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Experienced and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
  • Maintain consistency quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory prep work and kitchen organization
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations equipment and kitchen areas
  • Support a positive and respectful team environment
