Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands and guest expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure flavor and presentation meet resort standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials, providing input on new dishes
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food products and reporting any shortages
  • Support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere
