Job Duties
- perform mathematical computations
- maintain above average hygiene and personal cleanliness
- prepare and serve food items as needed
- replenish and clean serving lines
- assist in dishroom duties
- assist in preparation of breakfast and lunch menu items
- serve students breakfast, lunch and a la carte items
- ensure proper cleaning procedures in accordance with safety and sanitation regulations
- perform cashier duties for point of service and monitor reimbursable meals
- organize and rotate items in storeroom, cooler, and freezer including lifting up to 40 lbs
- attend educational classes, in-services, and workshops as required
- perform other duties as assigned by Cook Manager or Food Service Director
