High school diploma or equivalent
previous culinary experience in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to work rotating shifts
strong communication skills
physical ability to stand for extended periods
flexibility to work per diem hours

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen (healthcare or hospital experience is a plus)
strong knowledge of healthy meal preparation and food safety
