Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food production
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to supervise and instruct other employees
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Commitment to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food production, preferably in a similar environment
  • Ability to follow established food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration
  • Supervisory experience or ability to instruct others
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements and patient-focused meal preparation
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food meet the required guidelines
  • Supervise and instruct other kitchen employees performing similar duties
  • Maintain sanitation by cleaning and storing dishes, utensils, and pots
  • Disinfect work areas regularly to comply with health and safety standards
  • Follow local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety and sanitation
  • Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to support kitchen operations
