Job Duties
- Provide direct supervision to all kitchen staff
- order food, plan menus, and prepare nutritious and balanced meals for individuals served
- maintain a clean and sanitary food preparation environment in compliance with Department of Public Health standards
- ensure effective communication across staff and residents about dietary needs
- maintain ServSafe certification and meet kitchen compliance standards
- work consistently during the 2 month per diem assignment
