- Must have former batch cooking and a la carte experience
- Formal cooking training is preferred

Job Duties
- Preparation and serving of food for patients, employees and guests while adhering to standardized recipes
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment
- Direct and engage in food preparation and serving
- Adhere to hospital dietary and nutritional guidelines
- Participate in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and areas
- Manage food portion control and quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
