Job Duties
- prepare all food for trayline
- prepare food for cafeteria service
- assist in special functions food preparation
- maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
- operate food service equipment safely
- follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- collaborate with patient food service team
