Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in culinary arts preferred
- Food Worker Card required
- Ability to work early morning and day shift hours
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Culinary-related degree preferred
- Knowledge of modified diets preferred
- Food Worker Card issued by county and valid in Washington state
- ServSafe Certification preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain safe food temperatures for hot and cold food holding
- Assist with catering meal preparation and tray assembly
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas
- Comply with food safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with dining services team to deliver timely meal service
