Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- serve safe certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform cooking and cleaning duties
- compliance with infection control and food safety standards

Job Duties

- perform large and small scale cooking, baking, and basic food preparation
- clean and stock food service areas
- properly use and care for institutional food service equipment
- adhere strictly to infection control guidelines during food handling
- follow dietary recipes, guidelines, and departmental policies
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
