Job Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as steamers, fryers, and ovens
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift 71 to 80 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to approved recipes and quality standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently
  • Use kitchen equipment such as steamers, fryers, and ovens safely and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete food orders in a timely and neat manner
  • Adhere to proper food handling and cooking practices
  • Support flexible scheduling including nights, holidays, and weekends
