Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required
  • basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as steamer, fryer, oven
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift 71 to 80 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Produce food orders in a timely, neat and organized manner
  • follow all approved recipes ensuring proper cooking techniques and highest quality standards
  • understand and apply sanitation procedures consistently
  • ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed
  • properly use kitchen equipment while maintaining highest safety standards
