Job Requirements
- high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required
- basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as steamer, fryer, oven
- ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift 71 to 80 pounds

Job Duties
- Produce food orders in a timely, neat and organized manner
- follow all approved recipes ensuring proper cooking techniques and highest quality standards
- understand and apply sanitation procedures consistently
- ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed
- properly use kitchen equipment while maintaining highest safety standards
