Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Line cook experience in full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Two to five years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols such as vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Two to five years of experience working on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Strong ability to execute flawless dishes with efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Passionate about service excellence and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work well in collaborative, team-oriented environments
  • Flexible and adaptable to embrace changes in the food service industry

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals from scratch in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ensure timely execution of dishes maintaining high standards for quality and presentation
  • Interact positively and professionally with residents and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with culinary team members to create seasonal menus and adapt to changes
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to comply with health regulations
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance culinary skills
