Job Requirements

- culinary school and/or experience working in a full service restaurant
- knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
- familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and utensils
- understanding of sanitation and safety protocols

- capability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Qualifications

- techniques, knowledge of equipment, basic food handling, preparation, and cooking skills
- proper preparation and cooking methods for a wide variety of food items
- knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and utensils

- ability to cook and bake food in large quantities
- ability to operate commercial equipment and utensils

Job Duties
- serves orders for food and beverages
- prepares and cooks menu items and other dishes
- follows food orders
- portions, arranges, and garnishes food
