Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- culinary school and/or experience working in a full service restaurant
- knowledge of proper preparation and cooking methods for a wide variety of food items
- familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and utensils
- understanding of sanitation and safety methods for food preparation and handling
- basic inventory controls
- effective leadership skills
- ability to cook and bake food in large quantities
- ability to evaluate and determine food condition, doneness, and decorations
- capability to understand and carry out instructions
- ability to keep simple records
- ability to supervise and train kitchen helpers
Job Qualifications
