Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • culinary school and/or experience working in a full service restaurant
  • knowledge of proper preparation and cooking methods for a wide variety of food items
  • familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and utensils
  • understanding of sanitation and safety methods for food preparation and handling
  • basic inventory controls
  • effective leadership skills
  • ability to cook and bake food in large quantities
  • ability to evaluate and determine food condition, doneness, and decorations
  • capability to understand and carry out instructions
  • ability to keep simple records
  • ability to supervise and train kitchen helpers

Job Qualifications
