Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of food preparation experience required
- ISDOH-approved Food Handler certification may be required
- Ability to work early morning shifts including rotating weekends
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed meal assembly instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Preparing hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering needs
- Assembling meals according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor
- Ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Participating in rotating weekend shifts as required
