- strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure

- ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- prepare food according to menus and dietary requirements
- receive and store food products properly
- retrieve ingredients and supplies as needed
- plate meals attractively and hygienically
- perform kitchen utility tasks including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and hospice staff
