  • Experience in food preparation or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare, wash, trim, and season food items for each meal
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Use kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers, and tenderizers proficiently
  • Cook a variety of foods following standardized recipes and preparation methods
  • Adjust heat controls and timers on cooking equipment as required
  • Coordinate distribution of food to serving units at specified times
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in the work area
