Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation required
- knowledge and experience working with elderly
- previous dementia experience preferred
- food service sanitation certificate according to state or local requirements
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare appetizing and nutritious meals for residents
- assist the Culinary Services Coordinator in managing food service functions
- maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- ensure meals meet dietary requirements and resident preferences
- support team in delivering industry-leading service
- manage physical demands of kitchen work including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
