Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation
- knowledge and experience in working with elderly
- previous dementia experience preferred
- food service sanitation certificate according to state and local requirements
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English in an understandable manner

- assist the Executive Chef in managing food service functions
- ensure a clean, safe and comfortable kitchen environment
- adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations
- assist in inventory management and food storage
- support dietary requirements for elderly and dementia residents
