Job Requirements

minimum of one year cooking experience including short order and quantity cooking
Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain
ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
willingness to learn new food preparation techniques and presentation
knowledge of special dietary needs of residents and meal preparation techniques
demonstrated teamwork and team behaviors
ability to handle conflict or customer complaints effectively
ability to multitask
follow all food safety and equipment safety procedures
knowledge of community quality standards and requirements
dependability, punctuality, self-motivation, and ability to work without constant supervision

Job Qualifications
