Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required
- positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for serving seniors
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to assist with cleanup and maintain kitchen safety

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh, flavorful, and memorable dishes
- learn residents’ preferences and dietary needs
- collaborate effectively with dining staff, care teams, and leadership
- assist with kitchen cleanup and maintain a safe, organized environment
- participate in special events and culinary celebrations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- lift and carry kitchen supplies up to 50 lbs
